2. Services Description

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are due in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. You agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your Services

• Notify us of any changes to your billing information
• Pay any applicable taxes, surcharges, or regulatory fees

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. A late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) may be applied to overdue balances.

5. Equipment and Installation

CableNet may provide equipment necessary for service delivery, including modems, routers, and set-top boxes. You agree to:

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
• Protect the equipment from damage, theft, or loss
• Return all equipment upon service termination
• Pay for any damaged, lost, or unreturned equipment

Professional installation is required for all new services. Self-installation may be available for certain services at our discretion. Installation fees apply and are non-refundable.

6. Service Limitations

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific internet speeds (actual speeds may vary)
• Availability of all television channels at all times
• Protection against all security threats or data loss

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or third-party network issues.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engaging in spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Interfering with network security or stability
• Reselling or redistributing our Services without authorization

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate service suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of CableNet or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. You may terminate your Services by providing 30 days written notice. We may terminate your Services immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must:

• Discontinue all use of our Services
• Return all CableNet equipment in good condition
• Pay all outstanding fees and charges

Termination of your Services does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CableNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of US, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in USA.
